Hi! My name is Geno Martinez, Owner, and Inspector of GEMZ Home Inspections. I’m a Professional Home Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and Certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I hold multiple Inspection certifications that reflect a higher level of knowledge and skill, which allows me to perform additional specialty inspections above the minimum requirement of a Licensed Home Inspector. Some of my certifications include Pool & Spa, Infrared Thermal Imaging, Moisture Intrusion, Irrigation, Deck, and 11th Month Builder Warranties. I understand buying and selling a home can be stressful, so I strive to make the inspection process simple and straightforward from beginning to end.
