Services We Offer

Full-Service Home Inspection

Your inspector will evaluate the general condition of a home’s mechanical systems, and components. Inspections include Interior, Exterior, Foundation, Structure, Roof, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, and Appliances. All Full-Service Inspections include a detailed report inclusive of colored photos, observations, recommendations, a 30-minute in-person review at the property, and the report within 24 hours.

11-Month Warranty Inspection (New Construction)

Most home builders provide a One-Year Warranty on New Home Construction for workmanship, distribution systems and structural defects.  Schedule a 11-Month Warranty Inspection before your builder warranty expires.

Reinspection

Also known as Repair Verification Inspections.  Your inspector will come out to reinspect repaired deficiencies that were discovered during the previous Full-Service Home Inspection.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Be proactive not reactive. Schedule a Pre-Listing Inspection before putting your house on the market. Your inspector will focus on proper functionality of all major systems and components, saving you time and money during the negotiation process.

Duplex, Triplex, Quadplex

Your inspector will evaluate the general condition of a home’s mechanical systems, and components. Inspections include Interior, Exterior, Foundation, Structure, Roof, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, Landscape Irrigation Systems, and Appliances.

Irrigation Sprinkler System Inspection (Add-on)

Your inspector will operate and visually analyze all system zones or stations, reporting deficiencies with sprinkler heads, rotors, drains, controllers, and other system components. Small issues might not be prominent initially, but left unnoticed, a faulty system can cause grading issues, foundation problems due to water pooling, high water bills and costly repairs.

Termite Inspection

Your inspector will conduct a visual inspection of the property to detect any signs of termite activity and/or conducive conditions. A termite inspection offers valuable insights, prompt recommendations, and proactive measures to safeguard your property against these destructive pests.

Basic Thermal Imaging Inspection (Add-on)

Your Infrared Certified inspector will use a thermal infrared camera to detect subtle temperature differences and patterns where, visually, it may appear deficiencies are present.

Detached Structures (Add-on)

You can request an inspection for Detached Structures such as Detached Carports, Detached Garages, Sheds, Outbuildings, and Pool Houses.
